Suggest Treatment For Eczema

Hi, my husband is 40 and over the last year his health is getting worse. he will not go to the doctor to talk about it.
He has very bad eczema from head to foot, he gets absess at back passage 3 he has had surgery for one he has for a year now and wont go away, it is in his ball sack and groin now he starting to smell realy bad sickly sweet his food intake is getting worse . i am getting so worried i cant take much more. Diabities does not run in his family.
