Suggest Treatment For Eczema

I have a history of eczema. I have undergone ayurvedic treatment of eczema on my right leg when I was 15 years old. Now I am 31 years old. Something similar to eczema appeared on my head almost 1.5 years back and I have again undergone ayurvedic treatment for 7 months. Though I was feeling better after that, I think the same thing appears again now. The sad part is that I have the same thing appearing on my eyelashes and chest too. Someone told me that it can be a case of psoriasis. Could you please recommend what should be my approach and what treatment is best for me?
