Suggest Treatment For Eczema

I have eczema. About 4 months ago I developed it around my eyes. Currently I don't suffer from the dryness anymore. But my skin is still a little red and I have dennie morgan lines. If I take Oracea will it get rid of the redness and dennie morgan lines? I have been prescribed Prednisone,Elidel, and Hydrocortisone with no avail. Please help me. Thank you for your time.
