Suggest Treatment For Eczema

I have suffered with ezcema all my life and now I have a rash all over my face neck hands and most skin folds. I went to the hospital because none of the remedies I've done in the past are working and I was getting worse by the day. The doctor thinks it fungal however did blood work to rule out lupus. I'm a 40 year old woman who is very tired and frustrated by it all. Any new opinions would be welcomed.
