Suggest Treatment For Eczema

for the last 2 weeks i have been suffering from eczema, i had the condition when i was a child but thought i had grown out of it. it started again on the back of my neck, speard to my scalp and one of my inner arms and now seems to be creeping on to my face and around my eyes! i have been using E45 creams but this hasnt helped and Hc45 what else could you recommend as its dry itchy and seems very spotty
