Suggest Treatment For Edema In Hands And Feet

I have edema in both my hands and feet. I am a 55 year old woman that is in shape and 105lbs it first appeared in my feet then today in my hands I have no previous medical history I take ametesia for constipation and lexepro for anxiety my blood pressure and pulse are normal
