Suggest Treatment For Edema In Left Ankle

My creatine level was 1.29 2 weeks ago and now is a 1.36. I have a small amount of edema in my left upper ankle only. I have had sleep issues and nightmares in the last week. Yet my doctor says to re-test in 3 months? I want to fix this now if possible.
