Suggest Treatment For Elevated ESR Levels

My ESR is 119 mm fall ind the 1st hour(estergren s) and 135 mm fall in the 2nd hour . Haemoglobin is 10.6 Gms%, WBC count is 10300, Neutrophils is 73, Eosinophils is 03, Basophls 00, Lymphocytes is 23 and monocytes is 01, Serum Uric acid is 4.5 mg%, HDL is 31.3 mg%, LDL is 84.7 mg% . please advise me to reduce ESR
