Suggest Treatment For Elevated ESR With Fatigue

Got a sed rate test done last week - results were 40 (high) and my doctor said that my cholesterol is high also 278. I am 25, just gave birth 7 weeks ago to my son. I take glucophage ER 500 mg 2X a day and thyroid med (synthroid) 50mcg. I am very tired and don't feel very well.
