Suggest Treatment For End Stage Cirrhosis Of Liver

Hi. my friend Donna whom I have known for several years has been diagnosed with the end stage of cirrhosis and after seeing many doctors, she has not been offered a chance to get a liver transplant. the doctors are very unclear with her and they do not seem to want to let her know of what she really needs to do. Can you help me to understand why these doctors aren t being honest and helpful to her. She is only 53 years old and her condition is due to past alcoholism.
