Suggest Treatment For Endometrial Cyst

Hi, this Salma from Bangladesh.

I am suffering with Endrometric Cyst (Chocklet Cyst). Through Laparoscopy the cyst were removed about three months earlier (on 14th June 2010). As par Doctors opinion my both overian tubes are blocked. As a result its will not be possible to be came pregnant naturally other than trying for test Tube-Baby. Recently cyst has been occurred againg.

I have scanned copy of all my medical reports, prescriptions etc.
