Suggest Treatment For Endometrial Hyperplasia

I had and ultrasound and it showed a thickening of my uterine wall. I then went to have a biopsy and they were unable to get into my uterus to get a sample of the lining. What should come next and would it help if I took a medication to soften my uterine wall?
