Suggest Treatment For Endometriomas And Chronic Cervicitis?

My wife has endometriomas in Rt ovary ( vol 36 cm cube) and in Lt ovary( 170 cm cube). There is significant pelvic adhesion and chronic cervicitis. Dr has suggested surgery where they will remove one ovary ( rt) and partially remove the damaged tissue from the other ovary. Is the procedure correct. Wherher she can have her harmonal requirement fulfilled from the second ovary which has some healthy tissues after surgery.is there kerala ayurveda treatment also.
