Suggest Treatment For Endometriosis Causing Vaginal Pain

I have Endometritis and currently been having vaginal pain been to two different specialist and no one can help me they have both mistreated me and dynast wrong i am in stand still don't know what else I can do im in pain all the time. Please if you can help or send me in the direction i need to go get help i need appreciate the help.
