Suggest Treatment For Endometriosis Disease

iam an endometriosis patient.often i have spottings ie daily dark red mucous like.weekly once 5or 6 times severe flow with clots.where can i diagnoise my endometriosis severity through lap.i want to know wheather endometriosis has affected my bowels, bladder,ovaries etc.is it a risky surgery ie hysectomy.i had mirena but failure, now had dipo provera injection 2 nd dose.iam planning to have this injection for 1 more year ie totally 6 doses.please help
