Suggest Treatment For Endometriosis

Hello. İ am writing from Turkey, My english is not sufficient.But i will try my best as soon as possible.. İ am suffering from endometriosiz for a log years.. İ had an operations which is called hysterektomy..( 3 Months ago) But we did not get any solutions for my pelvic pains which is sourced from endometriosiz. I apply to a homeopathic practitioner in order to solve my incredible pelvic pains.. But in Turkey The Homeopathy is so unknown area and our practitioners is not sufficient about the area of endometriosiz.. So would you please recommend any practitioner or remedy about endometriosiz?
