Suggest Treatment For Endometriosis

hi doctor!im 31 year old,single,dont have any child.i was diagnosed with a bilateral endometrial cyst.my ob advised me for ovary removal.i dont want my ovary to remove.i want to know if there is another option to medicate my one month bleeding to stop. pls help me.
