Suggest Treatment For Endometriosis

I am 30 years old and have been diagnosed with endometriosis. I had an ablasion done in December. For the last 10 days I have been experiencing severe pressure in my lower pelvic area. I have also had large amounts of discharge that is clear and odor free. I am not sure if I need to see my doctor or not. I currently do not have health insurance.
