Suggest Treatment For Engorged Breasts Causing Blood Discharge

My wife is admitted in hospital n we are here for 5 days.. Normal delivery on 12th Feb 2015. She had breast engorgement for last 8da.. She use have fever above 100degrree. Medicine as of now are alfakin, accuzone plus are for 5day, oxytocin (from yesterday).still swelling in breast not reduced.. Some blood in coming when pumping.. Pls suggest any treatment to reduce swelling and to take milk out from breast
