Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Adenoids Causing Frequent Nose Bleeds

hi my son is a mouth breather and he a so has nosebleeds very often....I took him to an ENT doctor and he gave an x-ray of nasopharynx to do lateral view, in that reposr his adenoids are enlarged.....he gace one month meds and then after reviewing he will decide about surgery....please advise.
