Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Adenoids In Child Since Birth

my son is 5 1/2 and has been suffering with enlarged adenoids practically since birth. Because of the blocked airway, he suffers tremendously at night with little or very restless sleep. I have tried medicines of every sort---enhalers, fluticone -ft s type sprays, Montek LC Kid type tablets at night, homeopathy, acupuncture...nothing is helping. I m exhausted. We took him for his skull x-ray and shows enlarged adenoids. But now what? Can you please advise? Thank you so much
