Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Lymph Node In Neck And Headache

I have an enlarged lymph node on the right side of my neck and another lump on the back of my head, just where my head meets my neck on the right side behind my ear. I feel tired most of the time and get quite a few migraines and headaches. I've been to the doctors 3 times, on the third occasion they did blood tests and said that they all came back normal... ? but i still feel weird?
