Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Lymph Nodes In Abdomen And Pelvic Area

Yes I have enlarge lymph nodes in my abdomen and pelvic area, brachial, ante brachial and armpits...they are painless and some are shooty and some are big and deep in my abd.tissue...I just had CBC done on frid. And my neutrophils and monocytes are slightly elevated...leukocyte are slightly low...my blood smear showed 1 giant platelet and several medium sized platelet...my pcp is waiting to see what surgeon does before order any additional testing...I also now have a swollen hot to touch place at top of rt rib under rt breast where there is a enlarged lymph node this one is sore to touch...should I be worried as to possible cancer or could this be a virus?
