Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Montgomery Tubercles Around The Nipples

hi i am 18 years of age. I have seen a doctor and she has told me that the Montgomery glands that i have around my nipple are not infected. however i have become very conscious about them as they are large bumps. is there anything that i can do to reduce the size of them, and make them less noticeable.
