Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Ovaries With Cyst

i have 2 very large ovarian cysts and my ovary is enlarged. it is my only ovary. my doctor wants to keep waiting before surgery but every 28 days they cause very severe pain and nausea. ive had two sonograms and the cysts arent changing. what should i do?
