Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Prostate And Erectile Dysfunction

I have an enlarged prostate, it is not cancerous but I do take DiffundoxXL 400micrograms to assist with urination.For a long time now I have had erectile disfunction to the point now where it is none existent, no desire etc. Also and for some time I am experiencing faces discharge from my anus making me unclean despite washing myself lots throughout the day and have periods when ther is a burnig type sensation around the anus, can you help!
