Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Prostate

Hi I am 50 year old. Have problem of urgency on urin. Got CT scan, PSA , cystography, ultra sound done. everything is ok except for prostate. That seems to be enlarged and is of 34 gm
I also feel some times lack of sufficient rigidity whil e having sex.

may pls advice
