Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Prostrate

Hi, I've had an enlarged Prostate for 25 years now. My PSA is 5. It was 2.5 for 23 years. NO supplements have worked to date. And NO prescription drug has either. What is your suggestion for getting it back to normal or the size it's supposed to be? Sometimes I pee 7-8 times a night & others only twice, when I take Melatonin.
