Suggest Treatment For Enlargement Of Tonsils And Loss Of Speech

good afternoon sir. i want to say that some 15 months back i experienced a difficulty in swallowing. whenever i used to swallow, it used to be painful and pinching near the right ear. I was feeling as if something was getting stuck near my throat. I did an endoscopy which did not reveal any problem in the throat or oesophagous. then i went to an ENT specialist who prescribed me an antibiotic telling that your tonsils were infected. however, the antibiotics did not relieve the problem and finally a pain killer was prescribed which relieved my problem to almost 50% and rest of the problem continued there. some six months back i experienced sore throat for which again antibiotics were prescribed but again the medication did not relieve me. finally i was prescribed Cefpodoxim proxetil which temporarily relievedmy problem. some three months back i experienced loss of speech and again Cefpodoxim was prescribed and I regained my speech. however, i am not able to speak louder and the sore thraot again recurres. of late sine last two months I noticed enlargement of the right tonsil which continues to remain there despite gargling and prescription of Gabapentin and Methylcobalamin. kindly advise if the enlarged tonsil is not a serious problem.
