Suggest Treatment For Epicanthal Folds And Double Eyelids

I have always had epicanthal folds, however I have double eyelids. I m full causing and non of my family have this and there is an obvious difference in my eyes due to the fact they have massive, round eyes with a full set of double eyelids. I have no syndromes and have perfect eye health. However my eye folds make my eyelashes droop down and create a down ward eye on the outer corners.
