Suggest Treatment For Epididymitis, Testicular Cyst And Varicocele

A.o.A Here is the ultrasound report of my sacrotum.. Rt testis has a size of about 4.5*2.6 cm and has homogenous echotexture with smooth outline.no mass or syst seen in it.Epididmus is enlarge in size and has hetrogenous echotexture..increase blood flow seen in it.Minimal fluid is seen around the testis. OPINION:- *Rt. Epididymitis *Lt.Varicocele and minimal hydrocele *Lt testicular cyst....... Please prescribe some Medicine related to above mentioned problem..What should I do for treatment????
