Suggest Treatment For Epididymitis

I have infection induced epididytitis in the left testicle. I received antibiotics today, four azithromycin and cipro for 7 days. However, the testicle keeps getting bigger. At this point its about triple the size of the other teste. Would masterbation reduce the swelling or make it worse?
