Suggest Treatment For Epilepsy And Short Term Memory Loss

I've had two craniotomies, and 4.5cm tumour taken out and sinuses repaired.. After this I had bacterial meningitis. I also had a full from the top of 16 stairs and hit my head on the door frame. I now have epilepsy for life now ,and short term memory problems ,fatigue and cognitive problems, anxiety and depression. I don't go out as I feel that I've lost touch with the world and would love to have a social life and friends once again. so I have a brain injury for life so finding it hard to move on.
