Suggest Treatment For Episodes Of Hot Flashes With Vomiting And Shakes

I am a 21 year old male. In the past year Experiencing multiple hot flashes that follow with vomiting and the shakes. As well as experiencing severe anxiety. This past month I had to pull over and and ambulance was called because I was in and out of conciseness. Please help
