Suggest Treatment For Epistaxis

I am suffering from frequent bouts of running nose & sneezing for the last 15 years. For the past 1 week, blood is coming mixed with the mucus. The doctor has diagnosed the condition as "Epistaxis". He has prescribed Cetriwin, Cefuroxime Axetil and has asked to apply Soframycin inside my left nostril. But even after taking these medicines for the last 4- days, the blood is still coming. Please suggest.
