Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction After Inguinal Hernia Repair

Hi, I had a inguinal hernia repair one and half year back. Since then I was not able to have proper erections. Initially, I thought it is normal because of the surgery. But later I realized that I am not able to direct my penis. I do get an erection but it will not stay long and I wont be able to control my erection. I thought it will get better with time. Can this be happened because of the surgery? Can this be treated? Whom should I consult?
