Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction Post Injury?

Hello.. Before 8 months I was hit by a cricket ball in my genital balls. It caused severe paining and i urinated after little relief. Later slept and when i woke i felt some pain in my part. I tried wanking. Now my doubt is, i had better erection before being hit. Now a days i feel of not getting good erection. Am i prone to less erection? Will this affect me in future? How to overcome this?
