Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

I want to grow my facial hair and my penis is always remain small loose until its got erection and duration of sex is very small bcz erection does remain for only 2-3 mins please suggest some homeopathic medicines. I don't gets erection easily now and facing erectile dysfunction I used to masturbate a lot when I was young now I am 32 years .I feel drowsy all the time and energy less earlier my face has a glow now its gone don't have stamina neither to perform any exercise nor to satisfy my partner. Last year was suffering from dengue but now as per doctor I am fine now. I have less facial hair I want grow it fully .and wanted to maintain healthy penis with stamina.
