Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hey there! So lately my boyfriend has been having some erectile problems, 99% of the time he has no problem getting an erection. But other times he'll randomly lose it right after we get going. He's 25 years old and the only health problem he has is that he was born with a small hole in his heart. Could that contribute to the problem?
