Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hello, I am a 35 year old male. Two years ago I was involved in a vehicle accident and was treated for my injuries sustained. I had recieved an epidural injection in my lumbar as well as one in my neck. Since then my erections were harder to achieve and now it s like they re becoming extinct. This is very frustrating to my wife and I, which are newly weds and wanting to start a family. Is there any information you could give me on how to correct this or what to take, etc. ?
