Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

i had some penile trauma but didn t notice it until after the incident.basically had some dry humping with clothes on with penis tucked between our stomachs and now it is floppy at the base and extremely hard to get erections. can t get them on my own anymore or when i do they are very weak and especially at the base. saw a few urologists and they gave me cialis which isn;t much help. the problem is noticeable even when flaccid. flops completely back and forth and side to side whereas before it would come back to center on its own if i tried to move it out of position.
