Suggest Treatment For Esophageal Hiatal Hernia

My wife having 32 years of age got 2 sygerins, gall blodder oprn, and hernia oprn. was also done. Now she is suffering with hiatal hernia last 6 months with esophagus. Unable to eat food and even drinking water is also become difficult. We are in Nashik, Maharashtra now , our local doctor advised to go for laproscopic surgery. Please advise.
