Suggest Treatment For Excess Saliva And Bloated Abdomen

Hi Dr Rynne - my husband is 85 yrs young - he suffers from emphysema, asthma, had a triple heart bypads in 2011, he also suffers from alzihmers. At the moment he is going through a rough time with having excess saliva, feeling sick and bloated. What is causing this, he also feels dizzy at times. this happens nearly every day now.
