Suggest Treatment For Excessive Acne When On Benzoxyl Peroxide

hello Doctor, I have acne since 7 years and now it had gone worse so my doctor prescribed me DUAC 5% benzoxyl peroxide and 1% clindamycin and I m on minomycin. have cleared my skin 20% and I have very deep scars. So just want to ask you can I use a dermaroller 0.5 for my scars while using duac and clindamycin. Does this help. Thankx
