Suggest Treatment For Excessive Hair Fall In An Anaemic Person

My hairline is receding and my doctor has checked my thyroid, it came back ok. I m am battling anemia,I m on birth control to minimize blood loss from my men s trial cycle and I also take simvastatin to lower my cholesterol. I am currently using a anti fungal on the hairline for the last 3 weeks but I see no results for re growth,could I be experiencing alopecia?
