Suggest Treatment For Excessive Loose Stool

Hello doc. I m 23 yr old girl nd i m suffering from watery loose motions not many times its 3-4 times a day since yesterday and i have a gas problem also with that . . I m thinking to take lomofen. Can i take it on empty stomach nd what food should i eat . Can i drink milk in small quantities ?? Plz reply soon . Thank you
