Suggest Treatment For Excessive Salivation And Pain In Salivary Glands

For 6 months now, since some dental work I have been suffering with excessive salivation from one side of my mouth only, my salivery gland aches like i have just sucked a lemon, my mouth tastes very salty and my tongue is sore. waiting for a consultation in dental hospital as my dentist doesn t know what s causing it. I m not taking any medication for this or anything else.
