Suggest Treatment For Excessive Sweating In Groin Area

I have always suffered from excessive groin sweating since a child. Have to change underwear and trousers regularly. Have just come back from a foreign holiday. Want to go back in October but this problem is really bad and I struggle a lot with it. Can you help?

Have tried Driclor but it stings too much.
