Suggest Treatment For Excessive Vaginal Bleeding

i was on deepo provera injection, then it didn t work because I was bleeding heavily. my next shot was supposed to be march next moth but due to my heavy abnormal bleeding, my Obgyn suggested that I take 3 contraceptives each day and I am still bleeding and I have excessive saliva. what should I do?
