Suggest Treatment For Excruciating Back Pain, Breathlessness, Constipation And Bloating

Hi Dr Sumit I am 23 years old and have had excruiciating back pain and breathlessness for almost two months now. The problem started two days before I went on my period on the 21st of January. I usually have short breath and back pain for a day or two when I am on my period. The doctors I have seen said I had low iron and prescibed folic acid and pain killers. This did not help so I consulted a gynea who said I might have endometrosis and put me on Yaaz. The Yaaz made the breathlessness worse and I also ended constipated with a bloated stomach. Last week I found out I have a urine infection and the medication gave me diarrhea. I am constantly fatigue, bloated and suffer from migraines and nausea.
